  1. Drink white tea instead of green tea.
  2. Drink one glass of wine a day. (Helps fight tooth decay, upper respiratory infections, and lowers the risk for cardio-vascular problems)
  3. Eat blueberries (tends to help vision, memory, and motor functions - also antioxidant)
  4. Replace white bread and rice with whole wheat bread and brown rice.
  5. Eat 1 or 2 Hershey’s Kisses a day to lower your blood pressure.
  6. Replace salt and pepper with herbs and spices.
  7. Eat oatmeal for breakfast every day.
  8. No TV while eating.
  9. Chew your food completely before swallowing.
  10. To be on the safe side, every day take a multi-vitamin. (You must be sure you get 800-1000 Vitamin D, 400 Magnesium, 600 Calcium, and 400 folic acid.)
  11. Floss your teeth every day - not just every time you happen to remember. (Brush them too, of course.)
  12. Always have fresh flowers around all the time.
  13. Wear sunscreen every time you leave the house.
  14. Wear UV sunglasses outside.
  15. Put your weight on your legs - lift with your legs, your thighs - try not to ever bend over.
  16. Stretch after your shower and/or when you are sweaty.
  17. Set aside at least an hour of special (quiet) “completely alone” time every day.
  18. Pee! Don’t hold it. Ever.
  19. Wash your hands before you go to the bathroom. And after, of course.
  20. Do not use the TV to fall asleep. If you’re sleepy, turn it off and go to sleep.
  21. Hug or snuggle someone or something every day. You need to have “live” contact.
  22. Play “head” games to exercise your brain. Work your mind in fun, “no-pressure or measure” ways as much as you can.
  23. Smile and/or laugh.
  24. Cry.
  25. Dance to music.
